I said I was changing my medium.
If I didn't, let's just say I did.
I am referring, of course to webcomics.

It's taking longer than I initially anticipated.

Much longer.

Why are you still reading this?

Don't you have anything better to do?

Really, stop. You're freakin' me out.

Still here? I've decided to change the medium.

I think you'll enjoy the new format when it's ready.

It's taking quite some time to prepare, however.

After all, good character design takes a while.

By the way, I moved out. In Mid-July.

I am here, in good humor, health, faith, and standing.
I love the job. I love it.
I'm moving in mid-to-early-July.
Working. Creating. Accomplishing. Enjoying.

I've nothing to say.

Everything has been explained.

Will enlightenment be breached, or has it already?

It is yours!

Rocks and ropes gym excels in its venue.
It climbs past all expectations.
You could say it rocks, but that would be too cheesy.
It rocks.

If you haven't heard it already,
It's official:
RIAA won the award for America's most-hated Corporation. As if anyone needed to announce it - They even beat out Wal-mart and its "beat them with one hand, feed them caviar in the other" policy ...

I found this in my fortune cookie about three weeks ago:

"Courage conquers all things; it even gives strength to the body."

I kept the fortune.

Where salt goes, water follows;

where attention goes, energy follows.

Thank you, Oprah & friends.

Upcoming movies!
300 - Looks bad, I know - after all, apparently there was a bit (a bit.) of evidence to suggest that Spartan women fought, too - and that the women did a lot of the financial management, but whatever :-D. This is why I'd love Glen Cook's novels to come to life by a team of Cook, Miller, and Tarantino.

Ghost Rider!

Shrek 3
(Geez, I haven't even watched the second one!)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Spider-man and Venom

Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

The Simpsons

Look at my list of movies.
Am I a geek?

Feel the love.

To those who believe, those who perceive,
serving the powers by whose grace we breathe,

To recently departed, souls lost, and souls kept,
We bear no malice, no burden of debt,

Those who loved you then, love you still.
The rest fade to black, but we never will.

Semper fi, semper fi.

Your loss is our loss,
Our strength is your strength.

New job. First day. Excellent benefits.
Time-keeping system is to kill for.
Good people ...

What's going on?

Wow. Here's the scariest realization of this modern age:

Personal and Household Income are obsolete and dangerous indicators of economic wealth and well-being.

I was just running through the statistics of my expected personal income based on my age, degree, my location, and my heritage ...

Due to all of that, and of course most importantly because I live in Tucson, and have an incredibly low cost of living,

My life is one big fat good luck charm, for which I need to be thankful everyday...

If I stay here long enough, I'll have more money to visit everywhere I want to go, to fall in love again, to invest, design, write, paint, compose, create, patent, give, assist, make a difference, debate & discuss, go back to school, buy multiple properties, and do it all in about the course of 30 years and debt-free... than if I were to go somewhere else where the income is three times as high, but the cost of living is five times as high ...

My advice? First and foremost, look at cost of living, quality of life & education & art & science & community where you choose to live ... THEN income.

Oh right. I knew I forgot something.

Happy New Year.

I didn't conquer the world after all.

Or did I?
Blogger switched to a language combining the worst of both ColdFusion and XML.

My first impression is that it's lengthy and limiting; especially the loop structures and the explanations: exactly how does a person loop through multiple sets of data in a single pass with this new language? Without resorting to javascript to save the results? (Which is what I'll be doing ...)

The new wysiwyg editor is still buggy, as is the "Edit Posts" Page's search functionality.

Working in this new templating language will give me something to do while I revamp the page. It needs a fix anyway; the archives engine is dead.

Don't get me wrong - I love the widgets and layout positioning,

but Blogger Beta is still very much Beta
